12. Rincón International Film Festival is the largest film festival in Puerto Rico. It was selected by MovieMaker Magazine 2013 as one of the top 25 best film festivals worth the entry fee. It only costs $10 a night or $30 for an included dinner buffet. There is a discount pass for all six days with food that only costs $140.
